A phone app that logs my workout sessions and sets the weight and reps for each machine's next session.
The problem
Gym apps either record what you did or hand you a fixed program. I wanted one that reads how my last session went and tells me what to lift next, on a phone between sets, even where the signal drops.
I also wanted AI in the loop without letting it run my training. A model is good at noticing that a week of short sleep lines up with stalled lifts. It should not get to change the plan on its own.
What it does
Logging
Each set takes a tap or two: weight, reps, and how many more reps I could have done.
Sets save on the phone first and sync when the connection comes back.
Runs, yoga, and strength sessions from my watch come in through a periodic health export, so I don't log them twice.
Setting the next session
Every set is adjusted for fatigue, so a third set at the same weight counts as the effort it was.
When every set clears the top of the rep range, the weight goes up. When sets fall short twice at the same weight, it comes down about 10%.
A weight increase happens only if the strength estimate says I can still hit the bottom of the range at the new weight. Otherwise the weight holds and the rep goal rises.
During a session, a set that comes in well off target adjusts the next set's weight.

Weekly review
On Sundays an AI review reads the week's training alongside resting heart rate, heart-rate variability, and sleep.
It proposes specific changes to the plan. I accept or dismiss each one, and nothing changes without that.
